No problem,...the battery life is a non-issue due to the ability to charge with a portable battery pack & listen at the same time. All bases are covered James.

And, as many have said before, thank you for the fast response!!!

Another issues need to mentioned is , we start to use battery with connector so you can buy a new battery from us when the battery died and not need to have any solder skill.

That is truly excellent. Is it something where we could carry a spare battery with us and swap it in on the fly, like I do with my E11? Or would we need to send the player back to you in a few years when the battery starts to run down?

not, it is not a replaceable battery like E11, you still need to open the case and replace it. it is difficult than E11 but easy than E17.

That's great news! No need to fret about wearing out the battery keeping it connected to the mobile charger then.

Also all the specification listed on our website is tested with a 32 loader, and I believe we are the only brand who bring so many specification to the public. the data may not looks great but it is true and you can trust it.

I agree.

James, you really are impressing me with your open and sincere approach to doing business with your end-users. I am absolutely certain that, even if some measurements do not look to be perfection, your honesty in providing detailed measurements of your devices will nonetheless lead to more successful sales. So rare to see this level of honesty in business!

If X3 will sound few times better then Clip+ I think will have a winner.

Many people have the Clip+ Rockboxed and will buy this DAP.

I wish with the latest firmwares they can achive the 15 h playback time as Clip+ Rockboxed.

Thank you James.

We are waiting for it to come out here in UK.
