Hey guys,

Can somebody help me? My beloved German-MAESTRO's cable got damaged and looking for a place to recable them with something really nice. Jason from customcans.uk gave me an offer like this: 60 GBP for PTFE coated silver plated copper cable wrapped in paracord.

Since I am seriously noob about the cables and all I don't know anything about this cable. I need somebody to explain to me what does all these things mean? PTFE coated, wrapped in paracord etc etc etc.

Links to read with pictures and all also would be appreciated.

Man thanks a lot really, I am going to read your impressions directly.

Is it the exactly same cable he offered me too? Also, my headphones have very neutral/flat sound character and I really don't want to change it. I hope this new cable wouldn't play with it. I don't want them to turn into a bassy or something else.

I'm guessing the cable is the same by the description, I don't think it will make it too bass heavy for you, but it should improve the sound if mine is anything to go by. Also I've found Jason to be honest and helpful, so I'd trust his opinion also.

Yeah I checked his store, seems like the same cable. GM accepted to do the recabling with the cable I send. I think I am gonna buy it from Jason and send it to GM. I feel like I am gonna like that paracord wrapping
