Need new headphones for iPhone

I recently got an iPhone and I'm looking to pickup a new pair of headphones (not a huge fan of the earbuds that come with it). I don't really care about what style the headphones are (e.g. in-ear vs over the ear), but I'm looking for a pair with a remote and mic, and something that doesn't fall out of my ears every 5 seconds. Price isn't an issue for me, though I'd rather not spend more than $500.

I have an iPod Touch 4G. 64GB. For IEM's, I really *love* the Klipsch X10i's. They are very smooth sounding (for jazz anyway) and may be the most comfortable IEM I've owned. The "i" designation means it has the Apple push buttons so you can start, stop, skip music, as well as give voice commands, which is very convenient when your player is in your pocket. The only complaint I have is that they feel a little flimsy, but I am always careful and have not had any issues with them.

If you buy highend IEMs(PFE232, W4R, Sony EX1000, Heir Audio 4Ai, SM3, UM3x)+Fiio EO2i and combo will work great because many highend IEMs are highly detailed but don't come mic/remote.

The 232 has 2 cables: one with iPhone buttons and one without any controls. I don't "think" Westone has a cable for the iPhone yet but I might be wrong as it's been about a year since I last looked into it.

What types of music do you listen to or is there a particular sound you're going for?

I listen to a lot of different genres, but I mostly listen to rock.
