Unless Bill Gates is a Head-Fier I dont expect anyone to jump on this but. Here and Here are links to two ebay lots, first one is a full Sennheiser Orpheus, second one is just the amp. Priced accordingly at $26,614.60 for the set, and $14,747.80 for just the amp. 

 

As I said I dont expect it to get action from here, mainly posted it because they are both 1 of 300 and its a cool find.

two options I've been considering are:

 

Crutchfield has the HD-598 for $250 but gives you a $100 rewards card to spend in the future (net cost of $150 for HD598...if you need something else like amp/dac, etc.)

Best Buy has an 'orphaned' page on their site I found thru google that allows you to buy 3 iPod accessories and get %30 off of your total order.  This ends up with a cost of $126 for HD558.

I ended up getting the 558 at my local BB yesterday -- buying two pairs of JVC Gumys to give as gifts ($4.99 & 6.99 for total cost of $138 + tax) to complete the deal.  FWIW, I had to have him type in the exact URL because he could find by searching for deals on their site.  I believe you could get Online Cust Svc to do this price exception as well.

  • Amperior - $350 plus $75 card
  • HD650 - $500 plus $75 card (razordog has them for $400 though)
  • HD205 - $70 plus $25 card
  • Other similar deals available on their non-audiophile (BT, NC, and Gaming) Sennheiser headphones

Shoreline has a new overstock Fostex HP-A3 for $275, which is by far the lowest I've seen it, but selling as-is.

Some may have been thinking that Razor had an exclusion on the HD650's but they do not and here's the proof
