It's HF for Head-Fi, Grado made a bunch of special limited edition cans just for Head-fiers a while back.

Actually, the pair being sold are the Head F1 version.  It's one of many pair that were stamped wrong.  Depending on how you look at it, it could me worth a lot, or not worth so much.
