Comfortable, seemingly durable (I'll put it this way: the manufacturer demonstrations show them being bent/abused in ways that I'm not brave enough to test at home, and other YT viewers have gone ahead and put those claims to the test without breaking them - but I'm not about to try flattening a pair of headphones or twisting them 360* on my dime), available fitted hardcase, and if the looks do something for you, not a terrible headphone. But I can't overstate this enough: I have not seen a production example with the earcups properly wired out of the box.

What do you mean exactly when you say the earcups aren't properly wired?

I mean they aren't wired properly - I've seen L/R switched consistently, but wouldn't be surprised if some have phase wrong too. And it's in the headphones - not the removable cable (which works as advertised, and isn't poorly built). And "wear them backwards" doesn't work, because they aren't front-to-back symmetric. Switching it back in software, and they aren't bad headphones, especially for around $100. But I expect them to be "right" for that price, especially given their list price.

Any clue if these are better then the sl300's or not because they've gotten real cheap in staples stores. They're on store wide clearances in the USA. Sl150 for like 69.99 and sl300 for 89.99. Too bad I'm in Canada frown.gif I'm still gonna get one of the 2 though smily_headphones1.gif can anyone help with the decision? Sorry for posting in the wrong spot :S

Don't know about the 50 headphones, but I've tried the sl150 and I think they are really good for that price.

Office Depot has a 30% off In-Store ONLY Coupon for one item.  As far as I can tell it does not exclude headphones.

Link to print coupon:  http://f.email.officedepot.com/i/48/1237020949/instorecouponemail022413.pdf?cj

Then here is a link of all the Headphones they sell In-Store Only:  http://www.officedepot.com/catalog/search.do?cbxRefine=535855&N=5&Ntt=headphones&Ns=p_ZonePriceSort_71%7C1&Ntk=all&Ntx=mode+matchpartialmax&Nty=1&pr=

Example of a good discount would be:  Monster® Inspiration @ $300 - 30% = $210 (plus tax)  http://www.officedepot.com/a/products/856303/Monster-Inspiration-Noise-Canceling-Over-Ear/

TTVJ has yet another sale on both the Burson HA-160 and HA-160D.

Great discount on some new units, and the amp is quite good, especially for the money.
