Yeah because its an older version of the R6. I think. The G2 is more expensive:

Price of R6G2 is probably higher because it's powered (vs. the passive R6).

The thing has dual drivers in each ear cup, and there's a wheel that engages the secondary driver to give you moar bass when you want it.

Yeah, I posted up the same deal a few days ago.  Decent Amazon reviews...  Seems to be a great option to those who want Beats looks, but with better SQ and price.

Oops, must've missed that one.  Sorry.  redface.gif  I'd jump on it myself - as a pair of portable cans for electronic music - if I didn't already have one.  That is a GREAT price though...
