Yes, I bought them from Rakuten.com. I used discount code "iwant20" for $20 off the above price.

A new HD 558 for $170 from an authorized deal is great deal these days.

P.S. the 558's are gone.

Fair enough--and they have been at their $250 MAP price since then.

It's a good buy these days.  Prices were much lower in late August 2011, when I got my HD 598 from Amazon for just under $170.

Sennheiser prices have been on the rise since the HD 800 was introduced.

$1520 ... new.

Now it's like $1375 Canadian for the TH900s!

Has anyone here used Price Japan before? That sounds like a great deal.

Never mind...despite 133,475 Yen equaling around $1375 Canadian, Price Japan posts a "price to USA/Canada" at $1524 US.

So good price still, but not as good as I was hoping for. I guess that's including a big shipping cost or something.

A LOT of people here have used PriceJapan.com without problem!

And that IS an EXCELLENT Price!!!

DO IT!

Not at all, the shipping is still reasonable. For example I can order the TH600 and shipping to the US is $940 for everything. That's by far the best deal going right now.

Thanks,

Edit: The TH900 is back ordered but would only be $1580 shipped. Amazing price

Sennheiser Amprior ON SALE for around $220 (with promo code), brand new, free shipping, two year warranty.

Hey everyone,

I just thought I'd let you all know that VM Innovations has a sale on the Sennheiser Amperiors, for $230 brand new with free shipping. You can also find promo codes if you google it (I had one for another 5% off). Plus there's a two year warranty.

Here's the link: http://www.vminnovations.com/Product_49051/Sennheiser-HD-25-Amperior-DJ-Pro-Monitoring-Headphones-Blue-.html

The link is for the blue colour, but they also have them in silver I think. I think they also have them refurbished for even cheaper, if you browse through.

They only ship to the US, but for Canadians, check out kinect.com as an option for shipping. If you live near the border, might not be a bad option.

I ordered mine yesterday, and since it seems like a good deal, I thought I would share!

Take care. (rhyming couplet).
