I'm also in Canada and have e-mailed UE/Logitech asking how to buy 993-000633 in Canada.  Will report back if/when I hear from them.

Are these earbuds fairly resilient? What's the sound like btw with the "enhanced bass"?

UE replied to my service ticket, saying that they don't sell spare parts in Canada. They did, however, offer to send me a free replacement cable if I email them proof of purchase to confirm that I'm within warranty. Sadly, since I don't actually OWN UE900s, that plan won't work. Hopefully they have a Canadian store at some point. Too many US companies treat Canada as an afterthought when it comes to retail sales frown.gif

Just bought some se215, wanted to know witch of the 2 remote cable from sure should I get I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
