Cable for DAC to Android USB connection

Hi, I'm looking for the simplest way to connect my Galaxy S3 to the Fiio E07K. 

 

I've seen a good and easy connection in a picture this forum:

 

This should be a micro usb (male) from the SGS3 to mini usb (male) to the Fiio or other DAC.

 

Where can I find something like this? Any ideas? Thank you
