Here is a description of my Neco: 

 

The portable Neco Soundlab V.3 with the AD8610 opamps is a stellar amp and has plenty of juice for high impedance headphones. It was purchase directly from Neco; I couldn't be more pleased. I no longer need a portable amp. It arrived from the manufacture in the middle of November.
