AKG K450 and yeah they have a proprietary removable cable. Those were my first WOW headphones.

Nice stuff, proprietary eh? that means you can't use a standard 3.5mm to 3.5mm? much like my SRH440, it has Shure's proprietary bayonet locking 2.5mm to 3.5mm coiled removable cable...

Yeah it is a proprietary one like this

If you want to upgrade that cable, there are some options on ebay and the like, or just get a spare cable from an authorized dealer. I myself haven´t had a problem with the cable (more than 3 years and counting)

DIY Sony MDR- V150 (Terrible headphones, I know) with a Philips driver in place along with three layers of Sony/Philips/Beats earpads and the C3:)

Works fine as an ugly budget rig, haha.  :D

(I apologize in advance for the terrible heatshrink abuse) :p

@kova4a I got the Padacs Aksent for 10 bucks! It's pretty good for such a price!:D

Yup, I feel bad for it, being paired with such a junk yard monster, haha.

I gave it a belt-clip attachment to make it more portable on my belt-line whilst on the go. The C3 is a mighter fine device for that purpose!

I should mention, that junkyard beater headphones, is a combination of 3 pairs of crappy headphones. :D

It's somewhat a Frankenstein of my audio gear.

It consists of the worst Sony headphones ever made, yours truly, the MDR-V150; a pair of broken Philips that I refunded and rebought 3 times (whilst I had not been introduced to Head-Fi, because I thought they sounded incredible), and a pair of fake Beats that my cousin bought from overseas, in which I ripped up to use its padding material.

Ah, good to know that you were able to get it at that price. Btw, weren't you supposed to be banned for a couple more days? Someone should change that lengthy explanation under your nickname.

Yeah, Lol. I requested an early unbanning since its the last day of October over here Australia, and i didn't have a reason to be banned anymore since my exams are over.

They forgot it, but its not really bothering me. smily_headphones1.gif
