Nah, this was dead useful. Stand-up job. I'll have the exact same setup in a few months, so confirmation of purchase is always good.
 
Play around with EQ (most specifically in the treble) with the 6s? The HE-5LE had my preferred amount of sparkle between the two, but didn't have any access to EQ at the time so I wouldn't know how it would have played out otherwise.

No EQ during the review.
Done some tests and they do respond well to EQ,but I do like the sound right off the bat :D

It will be updated wit newer equipment
 
Next will be the Denon stock leather pads (vs. the velours) and after that new cables from Norse Audio (or Q cables) vs. my current silver stock HE-5 cable later on

Tip..try a toxic cable? Or dhc?

Right now I am stuck between Q audio and Norse. Right now I have Silver but would like to try copper. Any tips between the two?
