High capacity hard drive for 4G Ipod photo?

I have a 60GB 4G RWA iMod which has served me well for years. I have another iMod that is busted that needs to go back to Vinnie so I figured I'd send the 4G for a new battery. I'd also like to get him to put a higher capacity hard drive in it but he doesn't know whether there is one that will work in that model. Does anyone know of any HDDs that would work? Anyone tried putting a solid state drive in a 4G ipod?

I had seen that page.I sent it to Vinnie and he thinks it should work. He told me to read it carefully and make sure what I get the correct stuff. This is what I'm looking at

128gb flash memory

Flash adapter

Do those look right?

I couldn't find a 256gb flash card with those some specs. Does anyone know whether you can get them anywhere?
