Shameless bump on my own thread to list up some new possible candidates:

Ultrasone Pro 750/900, 900 doesn't cost a whole lot more

Ultrasone HFI-780, probably rather go for Pro 750 if I can?

AKG K550, might lack some bass?

Bose QuietComfort 15, probably not as good SQ, just throwing it in there cause noise cancelling would be cool. :p

 

Any of them look like a good choice?

 

Also, seen some mixed comments on whether DT770 Pro 80Ohm or 250Ohm are best, would the difference even be very noticeable? No 600Ohm available if those are considered best overall.

Sorry, was looking for Mad Dogs in Norway before I realized it's a bit of a special kind of headphones. Does look nice though, and easier than I thought to order them to Norway. 

Downside is I have to order from the US, and if I don't end up liking them it's a lot more work sending them back. Guess I'll have to look for DT770 vs Mad Dog comparisons. :p
