Non-audiophile reactions to high-end headphones Part II - Page 186

This time around I was smart I haven't told my parents how much I paid for my Beyer dynamic T90 as I know they would yell at me while chasing me with a broom handle, Tho I didn't pay the MRSP for it buy i paid $430 after selling my DT880 premiums that I had before. I told my self I was never gonna pay more then 200 for headphones then I went up and did it,All because I wondered about the T-90's, which I do enjoy very much over the DT880's I had.  I might end up with a tube amp anyway even tho I told my self no.

Lol that's how it's starts. I told myself I'll never spend more than $100 on cans even a couple if years ago and now considering a TOTL can and amp up to $5k each.

Keeping on topic, I let my workmate try my HM5 pads on his CAL2 (bought on my recommendations) and he likes the extra isolation, comfort but he lost his cable on a recent holiday so he's looking to buy a new one. I ordered 2 sets of HM5 pads do decided to sell him one, he's doing done research into the cable. Funny that he's modding his cans without realising
