Need some help... did I just blow out my headphones?

Alright, so my friend sent me a link linking to a screamer, and I had my volume up at 100%... the ******* thing was too loud. But now I am afraid I may have broken my headphones. I have Superlux HD 681's. Is there anyway to test to make sure that I didn't blow them out? Thanks

I don't know to be honest. I'm going to have to say yes but maybe it's a placebo effect.

i Would say when you get your hearing back try listening to them again. i think you would notice any change in preformance

It's easy to be very paranoid right after it happens, too. Wait a day or so. Listen to some of your favorite music. If you blew them out, it would typically be fairly obvious, not sort of you can't be sure kind of thing.
