Any idea on music players for mac, that have good, many band eq's. The one on itunes doesn't transfer the eq settings to my iphone. :(

if u wanna transfer songs with custom eq settings right click a song and hit get info, then on the get info menu go to options and in options there will be a dropdown menu equalizer preset, choose whatever one you want for that song, apply it then put the song on your iphone. And if you want a better music player that a lot of head-fier's use check out foobar2000 and then install the columns ui upgrade to make it feel more like itunes. And then install the graphic eq for it. All these can be found on foobar2000's website. The nice thing about foobar and the reason why a lot of people use it is because it plays FLAC lossless files.

Foobar for Mac??

I use VLC on my Mac. Not sure how the sound quality compares to other players, but it does everything I need (plays FLAC, many movie formats, etc.). It has a 10 band EQ.

For my iphone I use the Accudio Pro app (it's features & EQ, sound quality, and battery conservation are the best I've found for the iphone).

There are threads discussing players for both the Mac and iphone, so use the search on here - there's a ton of good info.

Doesn't work on itunes, it's a long standing issue, I tottally messed up the EQ so it would sound tottally horrible, yet it doesn't go on the ipod.

Didn't know foobar2000 was for Mac?
