canare cable sleeving

I got some canare star quad cable here, I'm trying to sleeve it but the 550 paracord I bought from ebay doesn't seem to fit over it? what size paracord do I need? anybody got any links?

Have you tried cutting off the outer rubber sleeve and then sleeving it.

Thats not something I really want to do, you know removing the shielding thats under the rubber sleeve and stuff, I just want to sleeve over it with something like paracord but 550 paracord doesn't fit over it, Shoe laces would but they are too small, I need at least 15 foot and techflex kinda sucks..

Any other suggestions? I really dont see myself using this without sleeving this.

You would only need to remove the rubber jacket and could leave the shielding.

 

You could use some nylon multifiliment, it's soft and quite nice, what i use on my cables.
