iDealSound return policy

I sent iDealSound an email about this, but I wanted to ask members here to see if anyone's asked already.

iDealSound's About Me page on eBay offers contradictory return policies. First is this:

IdealSound offers a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on every item we sell! We are 100% committed to satisfying our customer's needs and we will go out of our way to resolve any issues that you may have with our products. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a full refund/exchange.
Then, shortly afterward, a different return policy is stated:

We accept returns within 14 days (15% restock fee)
...
IdealSound offers a 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on every item we sell! We are 100% committed to satisfying our customer's needs and we will go out of our way to resolve any issues that you may have with our products. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days for a refund. (15% restock fee usually applies)
Which applies? Does anyone know? I'm thinking about purchasing an ER-6 but I really don't like restock fees.

I asked idealsound before about it and the restocking fee applies to ety4. dont know about the other phones but I guess all canal phones will need the 10% restocking fee since he will need to toss out all the ear plugs after.

You can go for headroom or todd if you want to ensure you can return them later with full refund. Remember they have 10% discount for members here, which makes it pretty much the same as idealsound.
