i have a Titanium HD and I run my schiit magni off the RCA outputs and use the digital output to run to my receiver and they will play simultaneously.

Should be getting the q701 in a few days.

 

This guide gets the point across. Just make sure you use Game Mode (pictured at the bottom), for obvious reasons.

 

I normally use Winamp with an OpenAL plugin for music playback, but if you don't mind switching to Audio Creation Mode whenever you want to listen to music for ASIO and bit-matched playback, you can do that.
