Yes I'm quoting myself.  It seemed funny when I threw that down, well I just snapped the phono cartridge clips off my relatively expensive turntable, attempting to upgrade my phono cartridge.  It's not so funny now. Well now I get to either rewire the tonearm or solder the clips back onto the phono wires or I could upgrade and spend a whole bunch more money.  Ha Ha Ha.

You know you're an audiophile when you watch a YouTuber's videos in part because he cares a lot about the audio quality of his videos.

^ I dunno how many of you are familiar with ASMR, but it affects me and I LOVE this guy's videos.

You know you're an audiophile when you spend one whole night sitting with your HTS just to find the perfect spot for one song, Celine Dion- Let's Talk About Love with your dad xD

Yes, I am studying myself about speakers biggrin.gif this time, wallet is about to put up white flag :P

Ugh I hate the whole speaker positioning thing - I'd pay an experienced audiophile to do it for me. I guess I'm not hardcore enough?

YKYAA If you look at your collection with amazement and grace everyday.

I find joy in looking at my own collection. This has become a collecting hobby. I keep and admire what I like, and search for something better.

When you update iOs 5 to iOs 6 and think they must've done something to the audio firmware, because everything sounds SO MUCH BETTER. Maybe it's a placebo, IDK.

Oh yeah that sucks... Last year I got sick and my hearing went to crap.  Spending hours in bed each day and not being able to enjoy music sucks.

Same with when you're working in a metals shop and you're the ONLY person constantly wear ear protection because there is always at least one person on the plasma cutter or welder.

Same thought! But the volume do get degraded a little to me. You have that experience? I am pretty sure it's not because of my hearing loss as on the same day I update, the music are so loud even at 1/16 block loud after upgrading I need to turn up to 2-3/16

Get well soon! smily_headphones1.gif I was sick last month too... My mum suggested me a very useful tips and that is clean your ears! Your sickness will go away faster and your hearing will get back faster as well that way! And it works!!!

Idk about the music, I use a line-out cable so there's no inrerference with the onboard op-amp. All volume control is done by my E7.
