Well the last part didn't but they blast crappy speakers past the point of extreme distortion.  Had my first day back at the engineering program and they hired some PE teacher with a GED to teach use about thermodynamics and cad.  He's never even used any cad program until last week.... Sorry but I have to rage on a key board too

EDIT: I need some sax music that sounds like this:

http://youtu.be/4r47ympgC5I?t=2m11s

http://youtu.be/x1ZmzTDu09U?t=3m54s

not all slow and "sensual" like most the stuff that's called smooth jazz but I love that sound.

You know you are an audiophile when all the teenagers want the latest iPhone 5S / C and you just want a good pair of reference headphone!

No, you know you're an audiophile when you want to know the iPhone 5c/s's DAC and amp performances.

That too!

I have a new one;

You know you're an audiophile when you feel sad when your headphone broke...

That reminds me YKYAA when your highschools local DJ asks you general audio advice.

Also YKYAA when you see 'Balanced and Unbalanced Forces' on the board in physics and think of Mad Dogs.

Or YKYAA when you get on HeadFi in physics to post your observations. biggrin.gif

lol I never really related "balanced and unbalanced forces" to the Hi-fi meaning but I wrote some good essays about longitudional
waves last year in physics. That was my favorite unit just because of audio haha.

YKYAAW You can see the headphones on your head without looking at your reflection.

AKA your headphones are so big that you can see them out of the corners of your eyes

I guess you're talking about the Audeze? :D The only Cons of the Audeze.

You know you're an audiophile when people have no idea why you spend your whole salary on headphones, a few times a month.

You know you're an audiophile when you wear your headphones and think you don't... cause that's your standard :D

You know you're an audiophile when suddenly the music you enjoyed many years ago turns out to be trash, cause you just figured their recording is bad.

Just a couple XD

I am actually not being specific to any headphone model. I have a few that I can see out of the corner of my eye. DT770 Pro and ATH-A700x, to name a couple.
