My friends and family think $400 is outrageous when we all know that's mid-fi. I laugh at them because that just don't understand.

I'm 15 and my mom freaked when she heard I was gonna buy $200 headphones. Let's see how she reacts when I ask for AC/DC tickets...

Not really.. What's the point of buying all this gear If you don't take a while to enjoy it rather than listen to it critically and try to find flaws

unfortunately my brain refuses to do so... i try to enjoy, and before 5 mins has passed my brain would have picked something up and brought it to my attention.

If I want something, I usually buy on my own but I have seen some kids around 10 to 13 or even 14-17, they actually spent more on buying new smartphone whenever a new Apple iPhone or Samsung smartphone is released. Could be a hobby, but it's sad when you see their parents is actually using their son' old phone... mad.gif some just dropped their phone and a small cracks *change new phone next day*

I usually get my dad's old phone since we always keep our stuff in perfect condition. I've had like 1 new phone. Probably getting a 5S soon though.
