and yea eggs r awesome for you, when I weight lifted I ate them by the pound... I still love them! Cheap nutrious and delcious! Again a perfect protein which other proteins are based on
Plus the body needs fat to build muscle, as teh fat helps with digestion as well as helping that new lean muscle your building stay fueld and felxible or something
