Eggs get rather expensive when you have around 30/week. mmm...eggs.

still cheaper per pound that chicken or beef

and yea eggs r awesome for you, when I weight lifted I ate them by the pound... I still love them! Cheap nutrious and delcious! Again a perfect protein which other proteins are based on

Plus the body needs fat to build muscle, as teh fat helps with digestion as well as helping that new lean muscle your building stay fueld and felxible or something
