YKYAAW the most exciting event of the month is when you buy off eBay the first HP that had meaning to you as a child (Koss HV/1A)  I  already bought the HP foam which is still in stock on the Koss website :D

I smell... A very heavy sense of Grado fanboy's perfume! I currently only have 1 pair of Grado only xD

May I ask, how's the SQ of the amp and the output impedance @.@ does it pair well with Grado headphones? Hehe

SQ of the Grado HPA-1 is great. I've only owned it for a short while and really haven't been able to put it through its paces just yet. Just from an initial impression it is incredibly smooth and really seems to bring out the best of the RS1i's that I've used on it. The bass is really good and the amp seems to tame the highs a bit down.

YKYAA when you feel a tiny joy when explaining basic audiophilia to your friend because he wonders why you have such expensive headphones.

I usually have a hard time explaining why I'm into headphones and other high-end audio gear. I always get a puzzled look in response and I can tell they think I'm dumb for spending money on such things. Maybe they're right.

YKYAA when you don't care what others think and rock the headphone amplifier and headphones at work....but you still only listen to Norah Jones at the house.

YKYAAW:

-You bought the entire SuperLux line to hear the differences between mid hall, orchestra and front row seats
-Your desktop is cluttered with multiple amps and ODAC's, leaving no room for your mouse or keyboard
-You bought three 3.5mm F to M to daisy chain and burn in 4 sets of hps at a time
-You bought a 2.0 amp just to use it to drive hps
-You listen to the same 20 tracks over and over as you compare your hps
-You bought more than 4 hps in the past month
