Can't agree more on this one, happened to me all the time. "Oh, this is a good song, let me just wait till it's over before grabbing a cup of tea" *song ends* "...But this next track is also a good one..."

Oh, I do that all the time. One more song, then I'll go. I remember holding on to my bathroom need for over an hour because I was really into an album. It was worth it though.

Lol. Totally.

YKYAAW if your mind is like this: "Hmm, I haven't bought any audio gears in a while... an upgrade? new cable? iem or hp?"

YKYAAW after ordering a new audio gear, you opened up Head-Fi and start looking at what audio gear to buy next!

You're right, upgrade-itis has hit me and I think I need to get a PS4 or WiiU to keep up with the upcoming games.

You can build a far superior gaming PC for way less than a next gen console!

I like to keep my audio upgrades small and slow.  I don't want to go from $100 audio technicas to HD 800s.  So far in 3 years I've moved from closed back AKGs straight out of pc/phone to K701s/HD600s and a Fiio e9/e7 and right now I've upgraded my dac to a nicer $200 Pop Pulse that isn't very well know.  The slower you upgrade the more you can appreciate the hundreds (or thousands) of dollars you spend.

If I can build my own PC, I think it will be a very basic one as long as it is able to hold my very very light gaming and heavy movie and music xD

You know you're an audiophile when you're watching a video about cameras and you think of audio when the "lows," "highs," or "dynamic range" are mentioned. XD

OK seriously, what?

For some reason, I am not a fan of his video especially when he talk about headphones frown.gif

YKYAAW you thinking about getting a V-Moda Amp/DAC for your father's birthday because so that he can charge his iPhone while enjoying high fidelity sound quality...

Then comes the problem! He don't currently own any headphone but two speakers D:

He does own headphones, he uses his M50 and the beyer COP. But he is not an audiophile like Tyll so you can't really yell at him for not thinking of headphones the way we do here.

If you think his headphone review are not favourable, wait till you see the top 5 headphones video by 'uraverageconsumer'
