So much for my plans to attend. I'm still in Seattle.

Gaaahhhhh!

I really wish I was there right now. Unfortunately I am stuck buried under an avalanche of homework.

For those not able to attend today, we miss you!  But Echo Audio started a photo album on their Facebook page so you can get a feel for the event.

Thanks again to so many folks who brought their gear!

Having just returned (couldn't stay long) I can say the event seemed to be quite the success. Lots of people, lots of amps, and lots of headphones. A potential bonus for the diehard Sennheiser fans was a representative from Sennheiser who was demoing a new amp/dac combo that isn't even yet for sale in the U.S.A. He said he expects it to be available in 3-4 weeks.

I didn't get specifics about it but it has 2 headphone jacks as well as balanced connections on the front panel. It is about as wide as Schiit equipment but quite a bit deeper and pretty slim. It has a clear panel on the top that reveals some of the internals. Unfortunately I didn't bring a camera so hopefully someone else will post a picture or 3. Here's a "stock photo". It may be old news but I hadn't heard of it.
