Saw this article whilst browsing at lunch today.  What do you think of it :-

I think their argument of why headphones are better than speakers may be a bit misguided. For the sound of headphones to be "controlled and custom designed for the space inside each earphone", they would need to be made specifically to each individual customer's ear, much like speakers set up for the given space.

I agree, it is not the most well written article. It did introduce me to some pretty designs on the market that I've never been exposed to. Now I'm going to wase another hour on here checking them out...
