I got the se215's and i like the sound a lot. I am finding them to be a rather large pain in the ass though to take in and out. Does it get easier/do you get used to it?

I think so. 

 

The 215's are pretty good for the value. Missing a bit in the top end, but great for electronic, and brightly-mastered stuff... like electronic...
