I will be moving from Melbourne to Sydney on February 16th, and I'm looking at selling off things that can potentially reduce my mover's bill. The HD800 is a huge and delicate headphone that might be better off sold rather than being lugged onto a plane's checked baggage area, so here it is on Head-Fi.
I bought the HD800 from Head-Fi almost a year ago from this thread. I proceeded to purchasing a 6.0m (20ft) Cardas cable for it, also from Head-Fi (thread here). S/N 00852. In addition to the headphones and the Cardas cables, it comes with the case and manuals as shown. I have babied these since I purchased it. There are a few incredibly tiny paint chips at the bottom which you can see from the photos, otherwise it is in immaculate condition. The sound is amazing like it's supposed to be and comfort is out of this World.
I am asking the price of $1,200 AUD, including PayPal fees and shipped within Australia for free. I can do Worldwide shipping, but that will certainly be costly given how big the box is, and the adequate protection needed to ship something this precious.
These headphones are absolutely amazing, and I couldn't be happier with them throughout the year that I've owned it. I am extremely sad to see it go, but if they don't sell by the 16th I'll probably end up keeping them. Send me a PM if you want to know shipping to your country. Don't forget they come with the 20ft Cardas cables! Just the cables alone cost quite a substantial amount of money.
