etymotic customfit isolation?

I got the hf5's for their sound and isolation.  Sound is great.  I can only get great isolation with the gliders if I go really deep. I can get slightly less isolation with the foam's.  The triple flange provides zero isolation on both, no matter how deep. Even with the best isolation of the etymotic I still could use more.  On the subway I can still hear most things. 

 

I am considering doing the custom fit tips. I just don't know how good the isolation would be with the custom moulds, does anybody have an idea?

Joker reviews the hf5 with and without the custom tips in his review thread, may be worth taking a look there.

Yeah I read that.  There are many other conflicting reports through. So somebody is wrong.
