Best Closed Headphone/set for a Heavy Gamer Like Me? ~$275 Budget

I do a lot of gaming, a bit of FPS here and there, and some other ones. I am looking for a nice pair of headphones/headsets for myself. If it's a headphone, I could get an Antlion ModMic (http://www.modmic.com/) but so far, i have my eyes glued on this: The PC 350SE (http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-PC-350-Special-Performance/dp/B008O510Y8) Got any suggestions?
