I need you help im between these too as two members suggested me. My priority is the noise isolation ,so whitch one has better isolation ??

I never really liked UE IEMs (the cheap ones I mean) and the R1 are big and they could be heavy for your ears.

Are those your only options?

UE500 has the best isolation of those two. R1 has a small vent, but still isolates decently. The UE500 can be inserted moderately deep, resulting in a very good isolation level (and yes, I have used both to note this).

 

EDIT: sorry to trouble your decision further, but if you are willing to stretch your budget a bit, maybe consider Etymotic MC5? It has incredibly good isolation, notably better than the UE500, and consequently also much better than the R1. It sounds different, but the isolation is better, so that should be what you're going for.

Any Etymotic offers the best possible isolation among in ears.  Of course the trade off is they feel a little more invasive and take some getting used to.

i think i will go for etymotic but who can  trust on ebay? have you  bought from someone so i will know they are not fake?

Unfortunately, I have confirmed that they do make fakes of Etymotic's MC and HF series. The best thing to do would be to look up Etymotic authorized sellers, but I just bought mine directly from amazon.com. The benefits of buying from authorized sellers is the confirmed authenticity of the product and the manufacturer's warranty. Be careful of where you purchase your Etymotic.
