Any DAP's that have an IPS/AMOLED screen?

Sure, just get an Android smartphone with IPS screen and USB OUT support. :) The Sony X1050 has an AMOLED screen, not IPS but definitely no slouch. Much better black levels than IPS. I had that player and the screen is just gorgeous.

I would get a phone, but i'm looking for a dedicated DAP as I already have a phone, and i want something with a better battery life.

Yes. Like I said, the Sony X1050/X1060. Also the iRiver Spinn and the Microsoft Zune HD.

The same as on every other consumer-oriented MP3 player I owned. :) Perfectly decent for portable use.

I've owned both and they're both fine. The X1050 is maybe a little bit warmer. All these differences between DAPs are extremely exaggerated here on Head-Fi. Listen for yourself.
