Woo Audio WA22 with Princess Sophia Mesh Plate 274B (includes domestic shipping)
Will Ship To: Anywhere
Up for sale is my little-used black Woo Audio WA22. It is in excellent condition. I'd call it mint, but I'll call it 9/10 to be conservative. If you think you see a flaw in the pictures, I can pretty much guarantee it's dust (I always forget to clean my gear before taking pictures). Ask me, and I will check/confirm for you. The only nit I am aware of is the 4-pin XLR jack. Sometimes you need to tilt your plug a bit when inserting it into the jack. You might not even notice it, but I am mentioning it in the interest of full disclosure. One caution on the pictures: do not assume that anything pictured is included. Go by what is written below (some of the pictures include tubes that are either optional, or unavailable).
The WA22 is a wonderful amp, and extremely versatile. It is transformer-coupled, and can therefore be used with both high impedance (Sennheiser, Beyerdynamic) and low impedance cans (including Denons, Grados, Ultrasones, etc.). Anyone reading this already knows the details, but the WA22 includes both single ended (1/4" TRS) and balanced headphone jacks (4-pin XLR and dual 3-pin XLR) and both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) inputs. Voltage is switchable.
The following tubes are included:
3. Pair of Ratheon CK6080WA (stock)
4. Pair of RCA 6SN7GTA (stock)
The following tubes are NOT included, but are available separately:
7. Pair of Sylvania 7236 NOS 1963
8. Pair of Sylvania Gold Band 6080s
9. Pair of Sylvania 6SN7 brown base
The new cost from Woo would be $1,900 (WA22) + $160 (Sophia Princess) + $50 (shipping) = $2,110
The marked price is firm and includes domestic shipping (I will ship the WA22 separately from the tubes to avoid damage). This price is net to me, after you pay any applicable fees (I personally suggest you choose a payment option that doesn't cost you anything in terms of fees, but I leave that up to you).
