A bit off topic, but has anyone tried fiio's tf10 cable, seems like good quality for low price.

Yeah I used it for quiet a while. It's more flexible than the stock UE cable even though the cable is thicker. It has no memorywire and as far as I remember, the sound changed just a little bit. Overall a bit brighter and clearer.
Good value for the money ;-)

Guys just get one of UE custom cables either the pre/post 9/2010 fit and they only cost $30. I like them better than the Westone Epic cable and its 37930287589437509274389572098475908127645987209345792375943759834678943659821754312times better than stock

Just a note. Male connectors are generally referred to as plugs. Jacks are receptacles.

The chris himself cables make a pretty big difference. Deffinitely worth the $100 upgrade
