Why is the Asus Essence One Muses Edition only available from a few sketchy looking dealers?

I understand that this product came out very recently, but this still confuses me.  The only available retailers are these:

https://www.google.com/shopping/product/3263918897753903010?q=asus%20essence%20one%20muses&hl=en&safe=off&rlz=1C1CHFX_enUS488US488&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.r_qf.&bvm=bv.41248874,d.dmQ&biw=1920&bih=955&sa=X&ei=Cv79UJqjEIeB0QGp64DAAw&ved=0CDMQ8wIwAA

Has anyone ever ordered from any of these sellers?  Does anyone have any advanced knowledge of when the Muses E1 will be more commonly available?

Why do you even want to buy one?

Snailsandslugs,

Newegg.com has them on stock now. I think the other shady dealers huckstering them were driving off a name in the inventory list, but never intended to fulfill them. I know why you're asking, I've been looking for one to try since November. I get mine in two days, so if somethings up, I'll know soon enough.
