It's just davemarshall @ultimateear - I'm surprised you haven't got a reply because they have more than a few staff last time I checked.

 

2-3 of their technicians go to the same gym as me so next time I see them I'll kick them in the butt.

Thanks to Paul (Somnambulist) for the nudge. I'm sorry if anyone hasn't felt they've had an acceptable or timely response. If you like please PM me with your contact details so I can see who's dealing with your enquiries and what the hold up is. Its trousers down time I'm afraid and we apologise for that but whilst we had some interest from the above review and the social media postings I did, it coincided with another promotion from Performing Rights and their on-line magazine so our inbox has been rather busy. Also its fair to say the enquiries I've seen from some of the posters on here aren't two minute reply exercises.

 

So please do drop me a PM and I'll do some poking.

OK had a brief convo with Dave there have been a significant number of enquiries some very technical and a fair number wanting to review them. Well we've put a number of sets in the hands of technically experienced folk and our priority must be to collate those reviews and get them where people can see them. We're sitting down Saturday morning to work through what's there. We will respond as best we can.

I didn't get any single reply after they let me know that a triple driver demo unit was available; I replied back to them saying that I was interested in the single driver rather than the triple driver, and haven't gotten any replies back. It has essentially been a month.

 

Honestly, I don't feel at all that they're interested in us head-fiers. They barely lift a finger. That kind of lackadaisical response doesn't earn me any points.
