3.5mm to 2 rca question.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but would this http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41Mmxa3lQ0L.jpg cable work going from my computer to my new Schiit Magni that is being shipped while I wait for the Modi that is going to come later? Or do I need to go buy a cable without the male/female rca end and just the male end? Thanks

Just be sure to set all volumes to maximum in your computer and control the volume only from the Magni.
