Broken ATH-A900, is there any company that specializes in fixing headphone frames?

They still work but the frame/structure of them are pretty bad. I was using rubber bands to hold them together so I can use them but its annoying to keep messing with them and they don't get close enough to my ears. I tried to RMA them, I had them for less than a year actually. They wanted $140 to fix them, although I paid $160 for them. I didn't see a point in paying pretty much how much they costed me for a repair. I'm hoping there is someone or some company who can rebuild the frame or replace the frame with a better one. Samething happened to some A700s I had and they fixed them, free of charge. Using them till I can get these fixed.

Get new ones, might as well, or other headphones at that price.

I'm looking to see IF i can do something with these, I don't want to just throw them out.

Is it possible? lol

I'm guessing someone had to be in a similar situation before that can point me in a direction to get these repaired or to find some kind of use for them.
