There are actually a decent amount of solutions for using DACs with androids, what is your price range? because that would help to know and I can link you some choices that I have noticed and her positively about.

It is actually one of the better prices as far as an external DAC is concerned. These can cost pretty expensive but as far as been performance for your money, I would have to say the Sabre from Hfimediy(50$), the Stoner Acoustics UD100, UD 110 V1, UD 110 V2(49$), the Gamma 1 Lite(50-100$ used), Fiio E7(50-70$), Fiio E70k(80-90$), Behringer UCA202(30$), Nuforce Udac 2(60$ new from ebay). These are just options that are under 100$ that are considered very good buiys at the price. I know you said 30$ was pricey too but in order to get better than your on board sound from your smart phone or your computer, which these DACs listed have been proven to work with both of those devices via OTG micro usb with the phone, so I hope this helped

Yeah I have looked at your budget list once before and there are some good dacs on that list.

You should add the CDAC+ under the 200 dollar list because I owned that and it was fantastic for 125$. Really, granted the UD110 v1/2 was not far off which just kind of blows through having to pay money to get quality sound.
