The power output is fantastic.

The other added features are great.

FiiO has been saying that the MSRP will be $120. Not sure how that will change in the upcoming months...

It is amazingly good. I can't remember the last time in headfi I've been so impressed by a cost to performance/quality ratio. From memory (I hate saying that), I think this is good as the ALO National at a fraction of the price. If you have demanding over ears, its a no brainer purchase, even if its just for the occasional "I don't want to be tethered to my desktop amp." I hope FIiO leaves the price this low, because honestly, I think they could charge 150 or greater and get away with it.

Two mistakes:

1) on every product page, it reads "Specication". It should read "Specifications".
2) on the E12's specification page, it reads: "output impedance: > 5KΩ", surely that must be wrong?

I'm still waiting for the new Decoder and the E18 :P

 

Will most likely end up purchasing at least 2 of each of those. But glad the product quality hasn't dropped, and the specs are good.
