I believe I am the second owner, I bought it from someone on Head-Fi about a year ago or so. It is in good shape, shows some signs of use (some wear around the corners). It sounds great and holds a good charge. I have not used it much in the time I have owned it and am selling it now because I just picked up a RS Intruder. Comes with the Protector, the charger and the slip case. This still sells for $475 on Ray's site I'm looking for $250. Here is a link to a review on Head-Fi if you need more info.
