I'd like to feel the waters for a nice passive Transformer Volume Control preamp.
The brand is Promitheus Audio, and this particular unit has the upgraded C cores on the transformers. It works very well and is in very good condition. Small cosmetic blemish on front panel, documented in pictures. I originally had some trouble with pops/clicking when switching inputs, but I believe this was from some grounding issues coupled with EMI. I got everything properly grounded and put some RCA caps over the unused plugs and didn't have the problem again. I'm including enough RCA caps to cover three pairs of inputs.
I have the original box, and it's the same as this unit except with custom specced upgraded transformer cores:
