Hi Todd, Jay Goodwin here, I'm sure you remember me. 
Well, I received my 271s a week ago today, and though not everything went as planned for either of us, I could not have been more impressed with Todd's service and level of effort to accommodate the customer (me).
And hey, I got a free Todd t-shirt out of the deal, so now I can bring the Todd experience to the people at large.
As far as the 271s go, I haven't made a final decision yet on whether I will be keeping them, or my Perreaux from AA, but I have the assurance of knowing I ordered from companies with great service to back their products. Come to think of it, though, I've had the Perreaux for a while so I'd better make a decision soon.
Anyway, thanks Todd, it's pretty hard to beat the best service AND the best price.
