K550 for $200 brand new? good price?

I've got a local dealer selling these for $200 brand new, and was wondering if that was a good deal in anyway. I was always curious about these 'phones, but the $300 dollar price tag always put me off.

 

Canadian here, So try not to compare with amazon.COM. Because fellow canadians know how bad the prices are on amazon.CA

Seems like a good deal. I assume you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
