COMFORTABLE PADS for GRADO (PS500)

Hi everyone !

So, i'm going to explain my "pain" with these little wonderfull things ...

First of all, i've got some "Tinnitus" (thats what the traductor told me for acouphènes), you know this painfull song who is all the time in your head .. And obviously won't leaving (like the intro in shine on you crazy diamond (pink floyd)

Bref, i've got the L cush and G cush right now BUT :

The L cush are burning my ears, not my eardrums, and the G cush are burning my eardrums but no my ears (i have to turn up the volume too high with the G cush, it's like if the volume shoud be proportional to the size of the pads, which destroy my eardrums due to the high clarity of the trebles and  the slamming bass (i had tinnitus before i bought the ps500 to reassure you ...)

So here we are, i need some pads who are close to the driver (like these http://www.innerfidelity.com/content/last-call-diy-cans-heres-latest-nick-ns-killer-grado-sr225i) and comfortable ..

By the way, if you want to talk about your "Tinnitus", i hope you won't (for you) but they won't leave .. And i'm tired of this !

That's just about all (i suppose), thus, thanks for your future answers, and oh, another thing, if you have mod your grado (change the cup, anything you do) told me !

I don't listen loudly .. Just sometime when i smoke but that's not the subject !

i've "re-put" the L cush and i can listen at a low volume FOR A LONG TIME (but comfort is inevitably falling), that i can't do with the G .. don't know why maybe felt too far of the driver that force me to put the volume too loud ..
 

Yep i'm agree with you but never tried the flat pads and a senn pad mod
