Advice on HIFIMAN he 400 for serious ambient noise

Hi.  I'm really interested in getting the new(ish) hifiman he400's but I'm a bit concerned about ambient noise.  I'd be using these with electronic drums so there'd be non stop drumstick on plastic rubber sound.  Anybody think the design could over come that much noise?  I currently have mangnaplanar speakers for my home stereo and I absolutely love them.

With open back headphones you will  be able to listen everything surround you especially every time you hit the drum with the sticks, and that is really annoying. Go for closed back headphones or IEMs
