Yesterday night my custom upgrade Go dap X with op amp LME 49860 just arrived from Japan .
This new custom upgrade LME 49860 is the latest available op amp version from Ventura craft .
Waiting time for this upgrade ca 2 - 3 weeks , my delivery schedule was up 18 January 2013.
I was surprise and very happy that I can get earlier .
Build quality : very good like my go dap x black standard version with op amp burr brown OPA2134
Firmware : 1.0.1 latest version can support android direct with micro B USB to micro B USB .
Without OTG USB adaptor
My first impression :
Source : iPhone 4 G and 4 S
Dac amp : Go Dap X with upgrade version op amp LME 49860
Cable : USB to Lod Ventura craft 7 N class
Iems : fit ear MH 335 DW and Tralucent 1+2
High : more extended high , very clean and clear high , overall better rendering than my go dap x
Black standard
Mid : more clear and clean , I can hear more clear the pronounce from the Sanger
Piano sound more realistic and natural compare to my go dap x black standard.
Bass : more detail and well control deep bass and the bass quality very clean compare to my
Go dap x black standard
Separation : much better separation that I can detect the music instrument more accurate where
Their placement in orchestra .
Soundstage : more 3 D presentation than my go dap x black standard version.
Conculsion : for simple use Dac amp combo like Ventura craft go dap X with upgrade op amp
LME 49860 is the best solution .itnis very good for audiophile that don't want miss
High end sound quality for traveling .
This is very good solution for USB Dac , I device Dac and amp in one housing .
